Raw material:

  • We will provide all raw material.

  • Franchisee need to purchase all material strictly from company only.

Marketing:

  • We will take care of marketing activity at outlet located area.

  • All marketing activities like social media campaign, SMS etc. Will be done by company only.

  • Facebook, instagram page and website outlet must follow the same pages. Any other individual page with same brand name is strictly not allowed.

  • Software billing is compulsory with customer mobile number as this will help us to generate data and act on it.

Audits:

  • Audit will perform twice every month or once a month.

  • Audit will be done by 3rd party, appointed by company.

  • Auditor will see all aspects of outlet & stock (overall setup, cleanliness, arrangements, outfit, billing, mobile no. etc.) format attached.

  • No adjustments will be done.

  • Discrepancy will convert into billing only.

  • If auditor found extra material, our accounts will send invoice of the same.

  • Outlet owner strictly not allowed to purchase material from outside.

  • Outlet person need to check received material physically with bill. If it didn’t match, he has to call company stores immediately.

  • Auditor will count each & every material given by company.

Franchisee Cost:

  • Plan 1

    Takeaway counter 100 sq.ft.To 150 sq.ft.
    Total Cost: Rs. 5,55,550/-
    Complete setup inclusive.

  • Plan 2

    Takeaway counter 200 sq.ft. To 250 sq.ft.
    Total Cost: Rs. 7,77,770/-
    Complete setup inclusive.

  • Plan 1

    Quotation will be provided after site visit.

Other requirements:

  • The name of the Shop shall be promptly and clearly displayed as Aunty Burger.

  • Franchisee need to arrange manpower minimum 5-6 people. 2 person each shift.

  • We will provide training free of cost to manage the outlet to the entire satisfaction.

  • The menu and its prices will be provided byus.

  • Franchisee has to strictly adhere to the rates provided by company.

  • Outlet shall be open all days. Timings will be decided location to location.

  • Franchisee will thrust upon maintaining the quality of food provided from its café.

  • Franchisee should look upon acceptable behavior of the personnel employed by ittowards customers.

  • Company will provide T-shirts to all employees (2 nos. each). Franchisee need to see allemployees wear the t-shirt mandatory. Hairnet and apron is must to all inside the shop.

  • Company will charge Rs. 100/- as a fine if any employee found withoutwearing t-shirt, apron and hairnet.

  • Franchisee need to produce copy of shop act license, food license, partnershipagreement if any, Bank details of firm to company.

  • Agreement will be made for three to five years on no extra cost renewable basis.

  • Amal Café Coffee (Aunty Burger) reserves all rights to terminate this agreement at any time during its existence on violation of above terms and conditions.
